Still waiting....

We're still waiting to hear back from the VA if our "highest & best" purchase offer has been accepted.  In the mean time, the listing agent updated the house's status as "pending".  We're definitely in limbo at this point as no one will even guess how long it will be until the bank makes a decision. 

In the interim we continue to look at other properties, to include a house that's currently listed as a rental (not for sale).  We're sending letters to the owner with an offer to purchase.  The house needs work, but would make an excellent live-in flip since it's in highly desired area & school district. 

At this point, we're eager to find the right deal and are just trying to keep a pulse on the market.
