Today in My World---New Blogger!

Today is the first day of the rest of my blogging!  I've heard that blogging is the best thing next to sliced bread to meet people with similar interests and so here goes.  Thanks for welcoming me to your real estate worlds.  I'm here at my home office in Orlando, Florida working on selling a few properties and finding a deal or two to make my husband happy.....he's the real investor here....I'm just along for the fun of it all!  I like to think I'm the "worker bee" in our deals and he's the thinker....you know, the own who puts the deals together and then moves on for me to figure out how to finish theml.  We're working on acquiring a property or two outside of the Orlando area.  We've been involved in good foreclosures gone bad, so we're leaving that alone again....for today.  In the meantime, I hope to make this something that is as fun to read as many of the blogs I've read and hopefully learn a thing or two on the way.  If anyone has any leads on a great rehab project that comes with owner financing, let me know and I'll pass it along to you know who. In the meantime, I hope to establish some sort of presence here....I just need to figure out what it is!  Bear with me and I'll be back!  Off to the cement pond...it's still warm enough to use it for now!
