Getting back at it

For you all from bigger pockets this looks like my first post but I've had a blog elsewhere with out much of an audience so I figured I'll try it out here. I'll slowly post my old post here along with my new posts every couple days. If you like it or hate it, let me know. It'd just be nice to hear from someone.

I am going to be getting back to posting on my blog regularly. The last I wrote I had just made my first purchase at the county foreclosure auction. I have to say it's been a pretty wild ride since then. I have successfully bought and sold 3 condos and am currently working on a fourth that is actually a house with a detached garage with a two bedroom apartment over it. I was considering holding it but then I won't have the money to keep flipping. The house should rent for $850 and the apartment for $550 so it'll provide great cashflow. None of the properties have been in my favorite market of Riverside Avondale or even the urban core for that matter. When buying invest properties at auction you really have to be willing to expand you market to include the whole Jacksonville area. As always I love to talk about real estate so give me a call or comment on my blog. It would be nice to have at least one. My main site is at DuvalREI.com.
