What Do You Want?

What do you want? Simple question, big answer. When studying millionaires one of the glaring characteristics was most of them determined what they wanted to be or have. They use this to set goals, usually with time limits. They then developed a workable plan to achieve their goals. While working their plans they always went back and reviewed the steps and adjusted accordingly. Most still go about this process even after they achieve what they want. Once you reach one goal, you never quit, you just go on to new one. So, what do you want and what are you doing to achieve it?

  1. Working on having enough real estate investments in place to last through retirement years. Sure not going to sit around and hope the governemtn will take care of me.

    1. You're right about that Dale. I am a veteran who receives a check from the government every month. I am suppose to get that for life but the way Congress is screwing things up there is no way I am going to depend on it. Chris

  2. I want to only work at my JOB when I'm bored and not because I have to. This way I can spend more time with my family. I drove around neighborhoods looking for empty houses and sent them letters. The more sellers I spoke to the better I was able to hone my skills. I finally was able to find that elusive motivated seller that everyone on here keeps talking about.

    1. That is good to here Shanequa J. Go get them! I wish you nothing but the best. Chris
