Found a renter???

I finally received a call back from the previous landlords...everything checked out fine for my young applicants. They are supposed to have the money by tomorrow, but you never know! In the meantime I will continue to show the house to applicants (I get about 4-5 per day that want to see the house!) until I receive the cash.

I have a few things to finish up on the house. Install a water heater, paint and trim the laundry room, and hook up some water for the washer. I'll use PEX supply line so that shouldn't take too long.
