Desktop RE Tools(software)

So today I was trying to clean up my desktop and feel these are some of the tools I use the most.

MS Excel: If you don't use spreadsheets whats wrong with you? Seriously everybody does, enough said

RealProspect2009: I have been playing with this for a couple of weeks, I haven't done any mailing campaigns yet (if you have secrets or letters please PM) but once I do I look forward to using this as a management tool.

The 360 Real Estate Investor: This is a MS Access Database that I bought the first week I started. For trying to be a all in one piece of software it does a decent job. Unfortunately I don't think any one piece of software will do everything I want it to so I am looking to use a minimum number.

Nitro Pro: Ok so its just a PDF Editor but it allows me to flatten PDF's. I found that easier that using a PDF printer. I am still refining my offer process but when I get paperwork in from my Agent for the offers I make on the MLS I fill in the fields and flatten. I can also sign with this, very easier to set up and use.

Batch PDF Merger: This lets me merge the P&S agreement and all the amendments into one file for storage and email. Nitro Pro above also has this ability but it isn't as good.

Wishlist:

I would like a template or program that would help me set up a flier/ presentation for investors. As a wholesaler I send out investment fliers so something that can do a cover page, photo's, numbers etc would be great. Something like the Real Estate Tools fixer app.

So thats it for now, I will have a follow up post talking about my iOS (ipad and iphone) apps I use

If you use something else, please post in the comments with a brief why? I am also looking for a more efficient way.
