Business Plans and Financing
I work have worked for real estate developers for over 15 years. Primarily on the finance structuring and project management side of the process. I am referred to by my wife as "the man who has belt hundreds of homes but can't fix a toilet".
Every single job I have held i have always been either the Senior Development Manager or Housing Director and have been charged with writing the business plan for my department and housing production for the next five years.
Is this also common and or seen as a benefit to real estate investors in order to truly plan the business and secure financing?
