New Chicago Condos Now Featured On Condo.com

Four exciting buildings located in historic Chicago appeal to a wide audience.
Four new condo developments in Chicago, a city known for some of its iconic downtown towers, are now featured on Condo.com, each offering high-class living at reasonable prices.

Lakeshore East 340

Lakeshore East 340 on the Park is an ultra-sleek, ultra-modern 62 floor building with a total of 344 units. This building is Chicago's first ecologically friendly high rise tower and is LEED certified, making it a favorite as many individuals attempt to "go green". The construction of a LEED certified building is done in such a way that residents save hundreds of dollars per year in energy consumption costs, saving money while lessening the impact on the environment.

1720 S. Michigan

1720 S. Michigan is an all-new well built condo tower, offering nearly 500 luxury south loop units. Not only is the building itself impressive, but the long list of upgrades in each unit shows that this building was constructed with high-end, comfortable living in mind.

235 Van Buren

235 Van Buren is located in the heart of the central business district and just one block from the Chicago River. Its 714 condominiums feature floor-to-ceiling windows, giving residents views of the Chicago skyline and the Sears Tower. Units range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

The Chandler

The Chandler radiates luxury the second you lay your eye on the building. This 35 story building is located at the mouth of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, and features amenities from the ground floor to the ceiling. Residents enjoy concierge service, marble baths, a massage room and an indoor rooftop pool. The condos themselves are second to none in quality, offering ample floor space, a long list of upgrades, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
