Gooooooooooooooooal!!!

One year ago this month, I started this blog. The blog was simply a way to share my thoughts on real estate, grow and learn... I am proud of this small achievement, because, it was a lifeline to keeping my real estate dreams alive. With every post, my enthusiasm and passion for real estate has increased. There are fast days and slow days but the blog kept me going, as it was something constant. My goal was to post at least once a month and for a year and I did this.

I want to share quotes that have inspired me on my real estate journey over the past year. Some of which I have shared before, but they are from one my business role models - Warren Buffet.

On earning: Never depend on a single income, make investment to create a second source.

On spending: If you buy things you don't need soon you will have to sell things you need.

On savings: Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving.

On taking risk: Never test the depth of the river with both feet.

On investment: Do not put all eggs in one basket

On expectations: Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not expect it from cheap people.
