I wanted to take this opportunity to create a blog and keep track of my progress.

If you've noticed that my signature now says, "under contract to purchase some amazing Internet Real Estate, stay tuned" 

I wanted to bring to your attention my plans. 

First let me explain that I am NOT entering into the "Guru" field, I am and always will be a "Practitioner" of Real Estate Investing. 

I'm creating an e-book and a website that will give new and experienced investors the opportunity to learn and share their knowledge in regards to creative Real Estate Investing. The e-book will be what I consider better than whats currently on the market. It goes into details about business plans, finding buyers and categorizing buyers, finding sellers, anatomy of a deal, marketing to buyers, closings and many more. 

You've might have also noticed that I've been learning a lot about Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Article Marketing by reading a few of my last blog posts. I've done a lot of research and consulted some of my really good friends that make their living at Internet Marketing. 

I'm using those contacts to help out with my project so that I can also offer extremely great information and step by step instructions on Internet Marketing. I would like to opportunity to ethically say to someone if they purchase my e-book I will show them not only how to generate additional income with Internet Marketing that can be used to supplement their income or their reduction in their income, but also create the realization that the amount of money they spend on the e-book will  be the last amount of money they would have to spend out of pocket to begin Real Estate Investing or any further education they might get elsewhere because of the money that they were able to create by starting with Internet Marketing and creative Real Estate Investing that paid for their future endeavours.

I'll touch on that more in the next few days. Stay tuned, the whole project is scheduled to be completed between the middle and end of September.
