Back From Vacation

Well, previously I mentioned that I had intended on buying some houses while out in Joplin, MO and I'm not pleased to say I never got to it. I checked out a few houses but the numbers were way off. I was able to meet with some key people and have created a team that I know will help me successfully build a portfolio there in Joplin.

I had an amazing week there in Joplin and as I don't really want to write a long blog post describing the vacation itself I will say it was also very educational. I had no idea that Joplin had so much amazing history to it and I enjoyed every bit of it. 

Now that I'm back in Phoenix it's time to continue with current projects and I'm confident that those will be completed in a timely manner. During the process I'm going to really press to buy some houses in Joplin. 

I just ordered 300 bandit signs and are having them shipped to my uncles house in addition the 200 signs previously shipped that were delivered while I was in Joplin. These signs are going to have my new site Payment-takeover.com on them so I will wait to have them placed until I get the site up and running. 

With 500 signs being placed 50 at a time I'm confident that I will generate more than enough leads to bring in some deals.
