Nothin' From Nothin' Leaves Nothin'

So, the June jobs report came out Friday, the 5th. It seems that after celebrating Independence Day, only 47% of adults in the US have a full-time job. I don’t think the other 53% are celebrating their independence from employment!

Many of those who make up the 53% will be or already are in default or foreclosure. After that, they will become renters. Real estate investors who have the ability and knowledge to buy properties “on sale” will be the ones who reap the rewards of the continuing economic conditions.
