Michigan Property Management

I am living in Michigan and do not have to be licensed IF I am an employee of the property owner, does anyone know where I can find a contract stating that I am an employee managing the property of the owner?  I have found an agreement for a sub contractor, would this work?

Also any tips and advise on getting started will be much appreciated.
