Slow yet steady progress
The past 2 weeks were full of base hits in terms of progress:
- Connected with a fellow BP over the phone and will be working together on growing and accelerating our REI pursuits
- Connected with a local wholesaler investor and will be building with him as well
- Received great mentoring type info from a fellow Local BP'er
- Found a partner RE agent to work the HUD market
- Compiled a MASSIVE Buyers List that I will be sending Marketing pieces to
- Learned a lot about the Pre-Foreclosure market and started to construct a way to contact them
- Found a list with their mailing address and will start to market to them as sellers: Goal: try to sift through and locate a high equity property that is backed up on payments, set an appointment, meet with them to run through options, and help get them out of their situation!!!!
- Identified Auction dates that I will be able to attend and start building relationships with Cash Buyers
- Planning with fellow BP on approach at the auction and how to get their cards and info :)
Now...I just need to:
- Build my Buyers website (landing page)
- Build my Sellers website (landing page)
- Market on Craigslist, Ebay Classifieds, Facebook, and Google
Ok, time to shut this REI down and work on EVERYTHING I'm backed up on LOL
