Ocwen will be the seller.I have sent the code violation to at least 10 different depts.The home is not listed as of yet.I am trying to notify buyers of these problems.I own the property surrounding the home.

They could apply for a variance but I will strongly oppose.If I win that argument whom ever buys the property will be forced to tear it down.

The rear property line will need 30ft extension to conform.
