Being a RE Investor!

 It ain't easy. It's a numbers game. And if you can't take the heat, you better get out of the kitchen! Of course, if this was easy, everyone would be doing it. A lot of cliche's I know but it is the truth. How many offers have you made this week? I have made no less than 9, and it's only Friday morning. All these leads came from an email blast through Zillow we did on Tuesday. We did a 30 mile radious around my city and came up with 306 condo and single family FSBO's.

While my VA sent out the emails, I stayed by the phone and took the incoming calls. Imagine that, out of 306 emails, I only got back 7 calls and 3 emails. But at least 1 really good Lease Option deal should comeout of this activity, and it will pay well, on a $575,000 house.Should pay for a new Harley!
