Florida, why doesn't everybody live here

There are many things that astound me, being a native Floridian and seeing people live in colder climates is one of them. Many people think of Florida as just one of those places where people go for vacation or to retire. The warm weather and the fact that snow doesn't happen besides some freak occurrences. The retirees may go back up to their homes after winter has passed. For those who live in the snow, visiting a snow removal company's website can have you feeling comfortable and relaxed and not worried about the snow. Having lived in multiple places around the country, the bang for your buck rivals most of anywhere I have lived. Austin, Texas I had a great apartment but it was in a bad area of the city for much more than where I am living in Clearwater, Florida now. The perks were that Austin was a bigger city with a lot of opportunities in the IT industry much like those at calisto.com, however the beach in Florida outweighed the opportunities in Austin. To not love the beach there might indicate something wrong with your mental health. There are professionals like Daniela Maltauro that can help you with this and many other problems.

When living in Chapel Hill, NC I was spending an inordinate amount of money for apartments and was living with multiple people. Being a student at UNC made this impossible to move further so the real estate bubble around the Chapel Hill area was booming. Had I moved 10 miles outside of the city I could have saved around 2 thousand dollars a year on rent while living by myself.

Other than the beautiful weather all year long, I believe that Florida gives you the best bang for your buck while not making you reside to a more rural area.
