Tenant Screening is a useful element of being a landlord

I've been letting properties for more than a decade now, so I think I've very good experience to are based upon. There are good tenants, and there are poor tenants. It's only a fact of life. But I've realized that we now have measures you can try atleast minimize the likelihood of receiving bad tenants. I absolutely recommend employing a tenant screening company. Whenever they are hiring a property, make sure you contact their existing landlord and see if he/she would advise them as tenants. Their view may let you know a great deal. There's no way to avoid negative tenants totally, but I have been helped by these actions.
