Getting Started...

Hello BiggerPockets! I'm just starting out in the real estate game and thought I'd start blogging about my experiences as a new investor. I've got a lot of education but it's time to start putting into action! My strategy is going to be a combination of wholesaling single family houses to build cash reserves and buying mobile home parks for cash flow. If you're in the Atlanta, Ga area or interested in investing here it would be great to hear from you!
