In my pictures invester is selling the rehab

Take a look at the 3 Family I have listed photos of. The owner wants to sell it asap. It will be an as-is. I have an itemized list of the work repair list. Take a look and see if it is a property you would like to buy. Again, I am not a Realtor. he may accept 20k Let's get it Sold! Rents $550-$500-$450. Taxes est 3088. Repairs to get up and rented $26k. Market Value of property or resale. $65.000
