We are searching hard to find new investors so we can reach our goal of managing 400 units by the end of 2010. We have a broker in place who can link you up to our Local MLS so you can find investment properties for sale. We have multi family home's here in Rochester NY starting at $20.000. There are hundreds of properties for you to look through. We are looking for Management. We have tenants on a waiting list now. Most percentage of tenants are looking for, Single family homes with 3-4 bedrooms, Apartment with 3 bedrooms. 1 Bedroom apartments. The market rates for a 3 bedroom in the Rochester area range between $550-$700 depending on the size and location. Single's $900 min. 1 bed $450. Were almost at 0% vacency and if we dont get more investors we wont make it....I am reaching out here trying to get more work. If you would please give me a call or send a note. If your really looking for a place to invest take a look at our City. Google us and see that we are at the top on the investment scale for sales. I dont sell real estate or make a dime from that, I need to supply housing for tenants, my wife works directly with agencies from our City. She works with several non-profit agencies that work as partners to provide certian needs & she had 30 calls yesterday alone from agencies helping their clients find good housing. I post & Post but it seems were getting no where on here. I get call's but most local owner just want us to do drive-bys for free, or pick us for info for their own wants. I am building a business & providing for my family. My business is growing, the work is busy, but not enough apartments to rent. Let's work together as a team. I am currently finishing 2 rehabs that are both already rented. The move in dates are July 1st. Then I am over to another double for rehab & make ready for tenancy Aug 1st. That only gives me 2 more units to rent. Working hard, yet it feels like were going slow. Any advice from other property managers/business would be Greatful!!!! Tx Carl B
