So it's starts

So i had my first of many meetings today and got a lot of good advice.  I was talking to my attorney and he advised me to contact the mayor of the city to get a few leads of houses the city is having trouble with to get into contact with the owners.  Now I know in many markets bigger citys this would not be afftive but in a smaller market like I live i feel as tho it might be affective.  If it works you will sure know about it.  In my market we have huge amounts of oil and gas workers moving into the area.  Expansion of every kind.  Houses not staying on the market rents at twice and three times the normal due to the demand if there ever was a time for me to jump into the game it is now.  Which is why i have made the choice to jump in.  We will see how it goes.....until next time
