Preservation companies help!!!

Hello Everyone! I live in Sacramento, Ca. I have been a handyman for 5yrs. I just recently started a preservation company. I am finding it hard to make contacts for jobs. I have walked in to almost every real estate agents office and have e-mail over 500 agents to. I have not had much luck. I could really use a fresh idea on what I should do. What has worked for you?
