Week 5

 I had a really poor week of calls.  Only 4 total calls and no voicemails.  I changed my voice mail today to a very simple please leave your name and number.  I can handle the volume that I am currently working with.  There is no need to try to screen the callers down further.


I know that I need more leads so I am also planning on starting a second campaign soon.  I have 1200 new names from list source.  They are the rest of the Absentee Owners from my county and then high equity homeowners.
