Deal 4 - 5 Acres Tehama County

My fourth deal was very comparable to deal number 2.  I was called by a gentleman that inherited a 5 acre piece of land in northern Arizona.  He had inherited the land and had accumulated about $100.00 in back taxes over 4 years.  He wanted to get rid of it.  I offered him $900.00 and he accepted it.  I created the deed for the transaction and it only cost me about $40.00 to complete the closing.

I sold this piece of land within two weeks for 199 down and 60 payments of $99.99.  So I was all in for $1040.00 and sold for $6200.  This deal will not make me rich overnight but if I had a hundred of them....
