Wholesaling Houses and a Probate Deal!
Hey I just wanted to drop you a quick note that it looks like I am going to make a quick 10K on a probate lead!
The best part is that I had a virtual assistant do a lot of the work to get the leads for me.
I tried to figure out what my actual cost to get this deal was and it came out to less than 2oo bucks!
I think you would spend 200 bucks to make 10 K right?
