New idea

I just started a new venture. Once again, I do not kow that much about what I am trying to do, but I know it will work. Just like my short sale business, I am starting from scratch. I have enough information to be dangerous, but I do have the money. Currently I am looking for commercial properties in CA, NV, or FL. My wish list would include commercials that are in or close to default. If you have any, email or call me. Lets do some money making.
