Buyer here

For all of the agents out there who need buyers, here is one for you. I am looking for preforeclosure short sales. Residential homes in very nice areas. Prefer short sale package to the bank already and BPO done but that is not a must. I have cash and am currently looking right around the $1M mark. The numbers need to work out so that if I buy it and then sell it, I can make a nice profit. After paying realtor fees and closing I am shooting for a net of around $50-100K. I have done one and want more now. Please email me with your possibles.
