R U a seller or an agent?

For the past few months i have been successfully buying and then reselling short sales around the country. As I tell everyone, I am not a pro investor by any means, but I do have a few bucks to spend. From where I stand, I believe the number of shorts is increasing due to banks finally figuring out that selling short makes more sense than taking the thing back. We will all see as the year progresses.

I plan to continue purchasing and reselling shorts, but am now going to try to move into the commercial property market. Once again, I have no clue what I am doing, but will rely on a cadre of professional agents to help me. So far I have found some great agents who know so much about real estate that I am simply amazed. amazed not at the fact that they know so much, but that they make it so easy to do a transaction.

Here it is: I am looking to buy some commercial properties. Got cash. Just need the props. Email or call if you know of any.

  1. Kathy- Will you send me your email again?

  2. You might be what I've been looking for. You have the right ideal and money. I know where and why now is right to grab this up to resell. We should talk. Thanks Simonsays
