Here I am

2009 has been a good year for my real estate investing. It just keeps getting better and better. I started off the year on residential short sales, and moved into commercial short sales. I am still amazed at how many short sales continue to come on the market. When is this thing going to end?

Early on in the year, I was in the middle of a balancing act as I attempted to keep coming up with more money in order to flip the shorts that I contracted. The darn banks kept getting tighter and tighter with the money. At one point I actually considered giving up and going into a differnet business.

Luckily for me, and all of the short sellers that I have bought from, I found a funding group that will provide money for investors like me. So far it has been a win-win situation. Lets hope it stays that way.
