Fractional ownership

I have done a few now. Big vacation areas are great for buying as a whole and then selling fractionals. I am in the process of doing one right now. It is in Lake Tahoe and will be pieced out at around $350K for a 6 week ownership. Obviously there is more to it than just that.

I will sell under the following terms: $25K down. I will carry $325K at 4%, fully assumable, amortized over 20, due in 20.
