I need buyers

OK, I admit it, I am out of buyers. One would think that in this down economy it would be easy to find buyers who would like to have an easy qualify owner carry, but that does not seem to be the case.

Goodle Adword and every other internet form of advertising notwithstanding, I need buyers. Yeah sure I have placed the occasional yellow sign and even the fancy real estate type sign, but the buyers seem to be MIA.

Birddogs and anyone with just some good ideas are welcome.

FYI-I own homes in 4 states:  CA, NV, UT, and ID.
