Is anyone still doing any lease options? For about a 3 year period, 2002-2005, I was making them work. The old sandwich lease program just kept plugging along for me. At that time, a guy (or a gal) could still make the numbers work, and even have a nice gain to report to Uncle Sammy come tax time...
