This is a small video series that I didn't get to finish. I was in search of my 3rd property which is in these videos. Unfortunately I had to go out of town for work and ended up hiring contractors for the first time.
What a costly lesson it was too.. $7000 costly lesson.
Anyways, many newbies get scared when it comes to looking at properties. Some just want to know what it's like. So I am sharing my videos in hopes you will get an idea of what it's like as well as maybe learn a thing or two.

Unfortunately no. I ran out of cash and working on getting a business loan so I can do something more before prices are high again.

Yes I recorded with my phone actually. I wish i could have finished the series but was unable to due to traveling for work.
