About myself.

About Myself.

I am a pretty young real estate investor at 23. However, I attempting to do this full time, and I started from scratch in January of 2012. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in December '12 with a B.B.A in Finance and a real estate minor. In January of this year I began work on my M.S. in Real Estate at NYU. I can take my first 18 hours online before I must move to continue classes. That will most likely occur about a year from now.

Deals completed: 2 rentals, 1 flip, 1 wholesale

Short term goals:

1. Have enough rental income by August 2014 to pay for my apartment while attending school in New York, if not more.

2. Have a $250,000 net worth by the start of 2014.

3. Own 5 rentals by the start of 2014.

4. Visit Costa Rica by the start of 2014.

Long term goals:

1. Live a happy life

2. Manage a REIT.

3. Own thousands of rental units.

4. Make $1,000,000 a year in passive income

5. Complete my Masters in Real Estate.

6. Never have to work for someone else.

I want to stay focused on my short term and long term goals. I feel that a blog about my experiences may help me with that, and at the very least, I can look back and see how different things are over time. I'll do my best to keep it updates, at least for my self.
