Highland Property under contract

We have a contract, set to close in the next 30 days. Looking for next deal, going to view 2 properties today.

Had a contract on a marshfront lot that we were going to build a quadraplex on. The numbers didn't work so we canceled the contract last week.

Met with an elderly estate owner last week. She has an historic home (built in1887) and about 10 acres. She is preparing the property to maximize the value she can pass down to her heirs
