Save Jubilee Hall - Part II
The home currently sits on a 9.5-acre estate, under contract to be sold once rezoning is completed. The rezoning is in process, and once approved and all other permits are in hand, the developer will begin construction, which will include demolishing the home. The owner has agreed to allow me to remove the home and other improvements before construction starts.

Mediation between the City of Jacksonville and the property owner ended without settlement this past Thursday, status of project and historic home remain unresolved. Community groups are discussing next steps, contact me if you are interest in learning more.
