Every Tuesday afternoon @ 2pm mountain time, I open up the phone lines for my Inner Circle members and above and answer any real estate questions they may have.
Sometimes I have 1-4 people on the phone, other weeks we have 25+ and some weeks we have over 100. It's a great opportunity for my Inner Circle members to get one-on-one support from me and then they never have to go more than a week without direct access to an answer from me.
From time to time (usually 1-2 times a year), in an effort to help new investors get started, I'll open these calls up to everyone who is on my email list .
This year we did an open call and the turn out was great. We had a variety of questions from new and experienced investors. I received a lot of positive feedback from people who were on the call and with that in mind, I decided that it would be valuable to share with the Bigger Pockets community.
