September 27th DFW meetup

Yesterday was a great turn out! Had around 32+ member show up! Our speaker Jon was awesome and had a lot of great knowledge to share with every body.

This month I have met a ton of new investors and friends. I am now partnering with a investor who will be helping me with all of my "Sub2" deals in the future and also showing me the ropes on how to do my own. Things are coming together! Slowly but surely! I haven't done my first deal yet though... But I do have 3-4 deals in the working modes right now, and should have 3 of the 4 under contract by next week!!

My new bandit signs came in this week and they look great! I put out 50 yesterday night and we will see what happens! Hopefully since I switched to the metal H Stakes and they are higher and were easier to put in the ground that they will produce more calls! Fingers crossed.

My journey so far has been a great one! Its the end of my 2nd full month of mailings and my calls did increase dramatically from the first month!

Month 3 is around the corner and I will be mailing out some more letters and also maybe trying some postcards as well... to compare the two. Hopefully I will find my 1st traditional wholesale deal before Month 6, thats the goal! Of coarse if I can make some money on these "Sub2" deals I will be happy! But still want to hit the other goal!
