Signs & Yellow Letters

Just received my first responses to the signs I put in on Monday and the yellow letters I sent out. I had always thought I was getting enough exposure through my website and professional networks but I realized I had neglected two of the most effective lead-generating tactics. Wasn't expecting this many leads in this short of a time period which is great! Three people contacted me about investment opportunities that fit the style of properties we invest in. One property that I am very interested is a single-family home in Parkland, Florida with an ARV of $135,000 and an asking price of $80,000. Rehab costs are going to be in the range of 10-15k. I'm making the decision if I'm going to jump on the opportunity tomorrow.
