Edition Miami Beach Before and Today

This is such an exciting time for Miami Beach Real Estate. As we were driving today to our next appointment at the Caribbean condo we were driving by the newly constructed project the Edition Miami Beach. I just could not resist the temptation to take few photos and show our readers what’s going on in this neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Interestingly enough I wrote an article on Edtion a few months ago about the construction and the entire project. It is fascinating how amazing Miami Beach real estate is and how impressive our neighborhoods change. Take a look at the photos before (few months ago) and today.

About Edition Miami Beach:

The Edition Miami Beach is a project developed by celebrity developer Ian Schrager. Mr. Schrager is well known for Studio 54 and the Morgans Hotel Group. In Miami Beach if you don’t know the Morgans Hotel Group, think Delano and Mondrian.

Edition is a super luxury oceanfront condo-hotel that will feature 26 condo units ranging from one to four bedrooms and they will be located on the top two floors of a 250 room hotel building featuring amazing amenities such as a bowling alley and an ice skating rink.
