Konover closes a Lease

Recent news for Commercial Real Estate in Florida.
Deerfield Beach-based Konover South has announced that Pizza and Pasta Express recently signed a multi-year, lease. The lease is in Konover's Publix-anchored, Poinciana Place shopping center at U.S. Highway 192 and State Road 535 in Kissimmee.
The space being leases is approximately 1,609-square-feet.
Other major tenants in this Shopping Center are Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill and Blockbuster Video.
This Property is close to 5 miles from Epcot Center.
