Renegotiate

I contacted my broker, and with the inspection, we are going to renegotiate.

I made it clear that I didn't have a problem with any of the other repairs that needed to be done, I just didn't like the idea of having to replace the roof, especially being so close to the appraisal.

This isn't supposed to be a fixer upper.

Since this needs to be done before winter, they should understand that if they don't at least cover part of it, then they will have to cover the whole thing.
