Hawaii Beachfront Still Strong
Aloha Beachfront investors,
Oahu beaches and Oceanfront represent the true essence of Hawaii. Beachfront and Oceanfront real estate is the safest way for you to invest your money in Hawaii, and to make sure that your future generations will enjoy our islands as well. Gorgeous beaches like Lanikai, Kailua, Waikiki Gold Coast, Kahala, Makaha, Sunset Beach, Laniakea, Pupukea, Ehukai, Waimea and Waimanalo, occupy some of the finest property Oahu has to offer. The laws of supply and demand govern the real estate industry just like any other commodity. More and more people come to Hawaii each year and fall in love with our islands and beaches. Over 6 million tourists visit the islands each year. This creates and ever increasing demand on Hawaii's Oceanfront and Beachfront. On the supply side, we have only 112 miles of Oceanfront shoreline, and less then one-third of that is Beachfront, the result being an increasing demand and a very limited supply.Oceanfront prices on Oahu are still relatively low compared to Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii's Kailua Kona. Oceanfront prices for land and luxury homes on Oahu are lower than California's metropolitan area's like San Francisco's Oceanfront, Carmel, Malibu Beach, Manhattan Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar and La Jolla Beach. Prices are also lower then New York's Long Island, The Hamptons, Rehoboth Beach and other east coast destinations. Oceanfront inventory in Hawaii is very low, and with the baby boomers starting to look at retirement, quality of life, health and lifestyle, we are seeing huge growth in Beachfront and luxury sales in Hawaii. The time is now to take action before prices push you out of the market.
Although the US real estate market has had a rough couple of years, Oahu seems to have missed most the damage. Prices have fallen and there are some great deals. Overall the market is strong and sales are starting to happen daily. Currently Beachfront prices have fallen in Kailua, Lanikai, Kaneohe, Punaluu, Laie, North Shore and Mokuleia. Diamond Head and Kahala have actulay had some increases but overall prices have fallen there too. Whether your goal is to buy or sell a Beachfront estate, luxury home or Oceanfront condo or just to relocate to Hawaii, it will be my pleasure to work with you. Come visit for a week, and I will show you the paradise I grew up in. Relax, unwind, and enjoy your life, in one of the safest places on earth, which I call home, Hawaii. Mahalo and Aloha,Ralph Gray
