Newbie Motivation 101: Let's get It!

I understand this is a buyer's market. We have all seen the guru with the yacht or the beach house with the "secret" to fortune. I know that i can actually become a real estate investor without using any of my own cash. What i don't understand is where to start. Everyone starts somewhere in this business. Come to think of it,EVERYONE successful starts some where. In this game of Monopoly we play, you start at GO! Dive in head-first. Pick a niche and learn about it. Dont make the mistake of learning without doing. Whatever you learn apply it Today! If u learn that you need to learn more before starting learn it and keep pushing forward. Even if you dont have what it takes to get from A to B continuously push! Your knowledge and effort,along with a positive attitude, will determine your success as a Real Estate Investor. The greatest challenge is going in. There is nothing to fear but the fear of getting started.
