Taste - Consider an open house to be a "Welcome Home" party.  Provide food and beverages for your visitors.  Finger foods that aren't messy make the best impression.  It allows people to eat something while they look around.  Even the smell of freshly baked cookies in the air can help buyers feel that this would be a perfect Ventura home for them.
