Second House of 5 total

The second house was a stick built 970 sq foot 3 bedroom one bath with full basement in Ramsomville NY.

I added a 30 x 30 garage to the home and put in an above ground kayak pool that some guy was selling for $500

Our financing came from a farmers home loan I think... or some similar first time home owner loan.

In all the home cost $45k to build , the garage cost me around 6k at the time as i did all the work.

My ex wife sold the house and stole all the equity ... so i am taking the credit for the flip.

Total cost - 55k --- Total sale - 94k

39k on the total flip --- 0K for my pocket not bad ;0} ,

I learned a lot from that experience
