Wholesaling In Pennsylvania
I have recently started wholesaling properties in Eastern Pennsylvania. This is way of gaining more liquid funds for my end game.The process is simplistic as follows.
1. find a deal (this takes time) A property that has equity left in it. And is well below market value for the area your in.
2.Estimate the rehab cost as close as you can
3.Numbers, numbers, numbers , calculate all numbers (cme) find the comparable prices of properties as close to yours as possible. This makes it easier to sell the contract or property if you already own it.
Construct a buyers list (takes time) contact contractors real estate agents and the like that may be interested in your contract/property.
