Picking Bananas

Small 1391344678 Bananas Now when you are picking bananas there are lots of considerations. But, remember I am only picking bananas for my family - which is only two deLany & me. Bear in mind bananas have an expiration date. We don't like them when they have all those brown spots and are mushy. Firm and flavorful. So when I approach the stack I have my preferences in mind. I have certain things that are important to deLany and I.

We both eat a banana every morning, so I am looking for a bunch of 6. They need to have some green left near the tops so they will be good all three days. I always walk all the way around the stack to find exactly what I need and if I can't find perfect to come as close as possible. I know what you are thinking, well maybe I don't but for the story sake I know what you are thinking - What in the world does picking bananas doing on PensacolaHome.com. Now for the connection. If you want bananas - don't look for them in the stack of apples.

When a buyer starts the process of picking a home they have to find where the bananas are stacked in the store. And for homes this is on sites that have homes listed. Pensacolamls, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo and on and on. Today you can probably find over a 100 sites with listings of homes. First, they find the right stack. They will look in Pensacola, Pace, Gulf Breeze or whatever the local they want to buy a home. Next, they will narrow down the search to their price range, bedrooms, baths, pools, and all the other choices they need to narrow down their house hunt. This is their stack.
