Fixed or Variable loan rates in 2014?
This would have to be one of the top questions every home owner and property investor would be considering. With interest rates being the lowest they have been in over 50 years many loan holders and home buyers and property investors entering the market are asking do I fix my interest rate? What is the market going to do? Are interest rates going to drop any further or are they going to start to rise again?
